SUMMER POPS

Hey guys!

Making popsicles is one of my favorite summer traditions! I love doing different fun combos and wanted to share a couple with you today. The first is SUPER simple, but tastes delish and only has three ingredients.

+Cranberry Peach Juice Coctail

+Strawberries

+Kiwis

All you have to do is:

+Cut up the fruit into desired shapes

+Place fruit inside the pop mold (stick fruit to the sides, the wetness and natural sugars will help the fruit stay in place)

+Once all of the sides are covered, slowly pour juice in until mold is filled

+Pop the tray in the freezer!

The second recipe incorporates one of my favorite things. FRUITY PEBBLES.

This is a great pop to snack on for breakfast, or at any time really. Who doesn’t love fruity pebbles?! And the recipe is semi healthy..so..what more can you ask for?!

Ingredients:

+banana

+strawberry milk

+greek or lowfat yogurt

+fruity pebbles (or your favorite cereal)

All you have to do is:

+Mash the banana until it is a creamy consistency (using a hand mixer can speed up the process)

+Add in one cup of greek yogurt and 1/2 cup of milk and mix until blended

+Fold in 1/2 cup of dry cereal, being careful not to crush it

+Pour into popsicle mold and allow to freeze (approx 8 hours)

There are tons of fun popsicle recipes! Tag me in your creations, I would love to see what you make!

If you aren’t into making your own I highly suggest getting some at Mateo’s Ice Cream and Fruit Bars. (California locals)

Thanks so much for reading and I hope you all are making the most of the rest of summer!

XOXO,

Suzy
